All-Ireland Minor Camogie players visit the school

On the 28/4/2015 we welcomed 3 past pupils to our school from the minor Cavan camogie team who won the all-Ireland  on Saturday in Inniskeen in Co. Monaghan. The captain of the team was Aine who is a past pupil of the school. The score was 2 goals and 6 points to 4 points.

The first half was a very close match. Although there was only 3 points between the two teams by half time it was an exciting game. The second half was very exciting. Cavan managed to score 2 goals one of which was scored by Ciara sister of Aine.

Monaghan didn’t seem like getting a goal and Cavan clinched the game with a final score of 2 goals and 6  points to 4 points.
